Academy Overview

The Hull SC Academy provides a structured pathway for young players from grassroots football through to senior football.

Delivered by qualified coaches in a safe and supportive environment, our focus is simple:

  • Develop good footballers
  • Develop good people
  • Create opportunities to progress

How Registration Works

Complete the online registration form. Our academy team will review and respond within 48 hours with the next available session, payment instructions and a welcome pack. Trial places are confirmed by email.

What Parents Need To Know

Parents are welcome to observe sessions from the designated viewing area. Drop-off and pick-up are at the main entrance only. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow for warm-up.

Safeguarding

All Hull SC coaches are FA-DBS-checked and complete annual safeguarding training. Our designated safeguarding lead is on site at every session and is contactable directly. Concerns are taken seriously, recorded, and acted on within 24 hours.

Attendance Expectations

We expect a high standard of attendance. If your child cannot attend a session, please notify the academy team in advance. Repeated unexplained absence may affect a player's place in the squad.

Payments & Fees

Programme fees are shown on each programme page. Flexible payment options may be available.

Kit Requirements

Players are expected to attend in a plain training kit until they receive their Hull SC academy kit, issued on confirmation of a place. Astro turf or moulded boots and shin pads are required for every session.

Code of Conduct

For Players

Respect coaches, teammates and opponents. Give your best effort. Represent Hull SC with pride on and off the pitch.

For Parents

Support your child positively. Respect coaching decisions. Encourage all players, not just your own.

For Coaches

Put player welfare first. Develop players as people, not just footballers. Lead by example.
